Data Deletion
Effective date: 28 September 2026
You may request deletion of personal information associated with your direct interactions with Welstra. If your information is held by a business that uses Welstra, you may also need to contact that business because it may control the underlying customer or operational record.
How to request deletion
- Email info@welstratech.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include enough information for us to identify the relevant record, such as your full name, email address, phone number, company or the channel through which you interacted with Welstra.
- Describe the information or account you want deleted. Do not send passwords, payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Verification
We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request. For information processed on behalf of a Welstra business customer, we may direct the request to or coordinate with that customer where appropriate.
What may be retained
Some records may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, contractual records, backups, or legal and compliance obligations. Where deletion is not possible, we will handle the request in accordance with applicable obligations and the context of the record.
